Central nervous system (CNS) as a special immunization area has been recognized. The immune response that occurs within the CNS is often only reflected in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), so analysis of the immune components in the CSF is an important way to evaluate the immune function and characteristics of the CNS. However, due to the small number of CSF cells, CNS cell immune function in clinical trials than humoral immunity is much more difficult. The use of acidic non-specific esterase-labeled peripheral blood T lymphocytes, has proved to be a simple and reliable method. However, there are few reports of cerebrospinal fluid usage. Now we use this method to check the results of 21 cases reported below, combined with the relevant issues for discussion.
