最近笔者到菜区各处去看看,与菜区干部和群众聊聊天,看到菜区一片大好形势。因城市建设的发展,近郊菜地大规模转移到中远郊,1994年7月又出现了百年不遇的高温干旱天气,然而,在市、区、县各级领导的关怀下,通过菜区广大菜农的努力,生产、市场仍呈现出较好的形势。7月份全月播种41939亩,同比增加12845亩,增幅达44.02%,而且出现了每旬都比1993年同期播种面积增加的好势头。8月份受14、15、17号台风影响,使9月下旬起本市出现持续高温干旱气候,固然使蔬菜生产有所损失,但总的说利大于弊,生产好转。全月播种60312亩,较1993年同期又增种16.7%,使火秋播面积达12.99万亩,同比增种3.22万亩,增幅达33.02%。播种面积的持续增加,为保淡奠定了物质基层,8月份仅常年菜上市就达7.01万吨,日均上市2261吨,较1993年同期增加25.62%,9月份郊菜上市同比增加20%左右,使整个夏淡在乎稳中度过。市场供应数量充沛,品种丰富,价格适当,各级领导和广大群众都表示满意,拿老农的话来说:“这是领导有方,政策对头,群众努力的结果。” Recently I went to the vegetable area to look around, and vegetable area cadres and the masses to chat, see the vegetable area is a good situation.
