通过对 Nd:YVO4晶体吸收特性的研究 ,对全固态 Nd:YVO4激光器中晶体的 Nd3 + 掺杂浓度在强光抽运条件下对激光输出特性的影响进行了分析 ,得出了激光器的输出功率和斜效率与晶体掺杂浓度的对应关系。对晶体长度为 5 mm,掺杂浓度分别为 0 .5% ,0 .7%和 1 .0 at- %的大功率全固态 Nd:YVO4激光器的输出进行了比较 ,实验与分析结果符合得较好。利用掺杂为 0 .5%的Nd:YVO4晶体 ,在抽运光功率为 5.1 W时获得 3.1 W的 TEM0 0 模激光输出 ,斜效率达到 71 %。
Through the study of the absorption characteristics of Nd: YVO4 crystal, the influence of the Nd3 + doping concentration of the all-solid-state Nd: YVO4 laser on the laser output characteristics under the condition of strong light pumping is analyzed, and the output power of the laser And the corresponding relationship between the slope efficiency and crystal doping concentration. The output of high power all solid-state Nd: YVO4 laser with crystal length of 5 mm, doping concentrations of 0.5%, 0.7% and 1.0 at-% were compared and the experimental and analytical results were in good agreement it is good. The Nd: YVO4 crystal doped with 0.5% Nd: YVO4 was used to obtain a 3.1 W TEM0 0 mode laser output with a pumping power of 5.1 W, with an oblique efficiency of 71%.
