目的了解安徽省突发公共卫生事件的流行病特征,为制订预防控制对策提供科学依据。方法对2005~2011年通过国家突发公共卫生事件信息管理系统报告的安徽省全部突发公共卫生事件进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2005~2011年全省共网络报告299起突发公共卫生事件,共发病21 291例,死亡120例,病死率5.64‰。传染病类事件177起,食物中毒65起,职业中毒49起,各类突发公共卫生事件地区之间差异有统计学意义。2007年事件报告最多,后逐年下降,目前趋于平稳。41.14%事件发生在学校,学校事件以农村中小学最多,传染病类事件为主。结论安徽省突发公共卫生事件报告当前趋势平稳,农村地区学校传染病、江淮之间和沿淮淮北的食物中毒、江淮之间的职业中毒事件的预防控制是工作重点。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Anhui Province and provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of all public health emergencies in Anhui Province from 2005 to 2011 through the national public health emergency information management system was conducted. Results From 2005 to 2011, a total of 299 public health emergencies were reported on the total network of the province, including 21 291 cases and 120 deaths, with a case fatality rate of 5.64 ‰. There were 177 infectious diseases, 65 food poisonings and 49 occupational poisonings. There were significant differences among various public health emergency areas. The largest number of incident reports in 2007 was declining year by year and is now stable. 41.14% of the incidents occurred in schools, and most of the school incidents occurred in primary and middle schools in rural areas, with infectious diseases as the main event. Conclusions The current trend of public health emergencies in Anhui Province is stable. The focus of prevention and control of occupational poisoning incidents among school infectious diseases in rural areas, food poisoning between Jianghuai and Huaibei, and occupational poisoning between JAC and Huaihe River areas are the priorities.
