现代科学的多项研究表明,芦荟的确含有多种对人体健康有益的活性物质。对于饮食不均和饱受快节奏生活压力及现代文明所带来种种困扰的现代人来说,芦荟是一种有效促进健康的绝佳的营养辅助食品。1996年联合国粮农组织(F.A.O.)比较全球植物水果所含的营养价值和有效成份,结果芦荟名列第一,被喻为“21世纪最佳保健食品”。[健康的人体]需要有20种氨基酸,其中有8种人体无法制造,必须由饮食中摄取,其它12种可利用需经食物摄取的8种胺基酸原料,在人体中自行制造。而神奇的植物——芦荟,即蕴含了200种以上的营养成份,包括18至20种氨基酸、12种维生素、20种矿物质、蛋白质及酵素等,是制造氨基酸的最佳原料。
A number of modern science studies have shown that aloe does contain a variety of active substances beneficial to human health. In 1996, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (F.A.O.) compared the nutritional value and active ingredients contained in the global plant and fruits. As a result, Aloe came first and was named as “the best health food in the 21st century”. [Healthy human body] needs 20 kinds of amino acids, of which 8 kinds of human body can not be manufactured and must be taken from the diet. The other 12 kinds of amino acid raw materials that can be obtained through food intake are manufactured in the human body.
