在枝江,人们至今还记得人大三天罢官的事情。1997年8月27日,枝江市举行一届人大常委会第6次会议,专题听取枝江审计局局长周代荣同志关于市直22个单位行政一把手离任的审计报告。“这次审计查出17个单位9个方面的违纪问题,同时查出2个单位的行政一把手经济问题:其中原××公司总经理虚报利润,骗取奖金及在下属单位报销应由个人支付的单据,审计期间已移交司法机关处理。还有位是原文化局局长张某,在文化局任职近3年的时间里,在所属单位报销不应报销6539.25元,离任时带走单位财物折款39200元……”。
