本文研究了615近交系小鼠的自发性可移植性肺癌(P_(615))和肝癌(H_(615))组织中神经节苷脂结合唾液酸含量和神经节苷脂图谱。P_(615)和H_(615)癌组织中GLS结合唾液酸含量均比正常对照为高,分别为对照组织的2.9倍和1.9倍。615小鼠的正常肺组织和肝组织的GLS主要成分均为GM_3。在P_(615)和H_(615)癌组织中GM_3含量均明显减少。肺癌组织中GM_2大量增加,肝癌组织中不仅GM_2明显增加,GM_1和GD_(18)也明显增加。P_(615)和H_(615)这两种分化程度较高、恶性程度较低的癌组织GD_3的百分含量比正常对照组织略有降低。本文结果提示,自发性可移植性P_(615)和H_(615)肿瘤组织中不仅神经节苷脂含量(以唾液酸量计)升高,而且GLS的组分也发生改变。GM_3含量减少和GM_2含量增高可能与肿瘤的恶性生长和分化程度有关。
In this paper, the ganglioside-binding sialic acid content and ganglioside profile of spontaneously transplantable lung cancer (P_(615)) and hepatic cancer (H_(615)) tissues in 615 inbred mice were studied. The content of GLS-bound sialic acid in P_ (615) and H_ (615) cancer tissues was higher than that in normal controls, which were 2.9 and 1.9 times that of control tissues, respectively. The main components of GLS in normal lung tissue and liver tissue of 615 mice were GM3. The contents of GM3 in the P 615 and H 615 cancer tissues were significantly reduced. The amount of GM_2 in lung cancer tissues increased significantly. In addition, GM_2 was significantly increased in liver cancer tissues, and GM_1 and GD_18 were also significantly increased. The percentages of GD_3 in cancerous tissues with higher degree of differentiation and lower degree of malignancy of P_(615) and H_(615) were slightly lower than that of normal control tissues. The results of this study suggest that not only the ganglioside content (measured by sialic acid) but also the components of GLS have changed in spontaneously transplantable P 615 and H 615 tumor tissues. The decrease of GM3 content and increase of GM2 content may be related to the malignant growth and differentiation of tumors.
