清康熙二十四年(1685)七月,开设乌拉(今吉林市)至黑龙江城(今俄罗斯布拉戈维申斯克)驿站,共19驿.其中,他拉哈、多耐、温特河三站位于杜尔伯特旗境内.如今,三站分别发展成杜尔伯特蒙古族自治县的他拉哈镇、泰和村和泰来县光辉村,站丁的后裔被当地人称做站上人.我们在编写县志过程中,曾对站丁的来历、性质和站上人的民族属性、风俗、语言等作过一番考察,现介绍如下.
