不同的学生具有各自不同的个性特征和能力水平,所以“一刀切”的教育理念,已经不能适应当前素质教育理念和新课改背景下的学生发展。小学作为学生数学学习的基础与启蒙阶段,教师更应重视学生个体的差异性,因材施教,对不同学生提出不同的教学要求,安排个性化的教学内容,实施不同的评价策略,进而促进学生整体数学水平的提高和综合素质的发展。
