通过对吉林油田自备热电厂新建工程地质情况的分析和桩基础的设计、施工,本文对钻孔压浆桩。沉管灌注桩和预制钢筋混凝土方桩从工艺、设计、施工、单桩承载力、优缺点、适用条件和经济角度进行了对比和分析,从而找出了最佳桩型和最佳桩径的设计结果,即采用“钻孔压浆桩法”施工的钻孔压浆桩,从而达到了既满足工程实际情况的要求,又满足安全、实用、经济、符合规程规范要求的理想的桩基础的设计。
Through the analysis of the newly constructed engineering geology of self-provided thermal power plant in Jilin Oilfield and the design and construction of the pile foundation, this paper analyzes the drilling grouting pile. Sinking and pouring piles and precast reinforced concrete square piles were compared and analyzed from the aspects of technology, design and construction, bearing capacity, advantages and disadvantages, applicable conditions and economic aspects of the pile, so as to find out the best pile type and the best pile diameter The design result, that is, the drilling grouting pile using the “grouting grouting pile method” to achieve the ideal pile which meets the requirements of the actual project and meets the requirements of safety, practicality, economy and compliance with the codes and regulations Basic design.
