中国体育体制改革受到越来越多的关注,“邹春兰现象”的出现只是导致中国体育体制被热议的“导火索”。运用文献法、逻辑分析法对造成“邹春兰现象”原因进行分析,认为运动员自身因素、运动队的管理、我国运动训练水平和我国体育体制等因素,是造成这种现象的主要原因。提出从建立运动员的社会保障体系、运动队管理、改革体育体制和提高各方思想认识转变观念等方面,就问题的改进提出建议,为竞技体育未来发展方向及体育体制改革提供理论参考。
China’s reform of the sports system is receiving more and more attention. The appearance of “the phenomenon of Zou Chunlan” is only the “fuse” that has led to the hotly contested Chinese sports system. Using literature method and logical analysis method to analyze the causes of “Zou Chunlan Phenomenon”, it is considered that the factors of athletes themselves, the management of sports teams, the level of sports training in our country and the sports system in our country are the main reasons for this phenomenon. Put forward some suggestions on how to improve the problems from the aspects of establishing the social security system of athletes, the management of sports teams, reforming the sports system and improving the concept of ideological understanding of all parties, so as to provide theoretical reference for the future development of competitive sports and the reform of sports system.
