本文报告一例并发于颅脑损伤的肉毒中毒病人,应用局部紫外线照射配合临床治愈A型肉毒杆菌感染伤口,过去未见报告。患者女,25岁,汉族,工人,因颅顶砸伤46小时于1980年2月24日入院。3月12日出现躁动不安,唇发绀,呼吸较弱,呼吸肌麻痹,咽下困难,行气管切开,使用人工呼吸机后病情较稳定。3月11日血中毒素鉴定有A型肉毒毒素,3月17日送头部创口脓液及痂皮肉毒杆菌培养(24日报告有A型肉毒毒素及A型肉毒杆菌)。3月19日头部扩创,发现伤口外有 This article reports a case of complicated with botulism patients with botulism, the application of local UV irradiation with clinically cured wounds infected with botulinum type A, no report in the past.
