本文着重论述了无产阶级政党的党员条件是随着党的逐步成熟而不断完善起来的。论述了我党建党以来的党员条件规定沿革的四个特点。在此基础上 ,通过对温州市新的社会阶层的调研 ,就吸收新的社会阶层尤其是私营企业主阶层中优秀分子入党问题进行了四个方面的分析与思考 ,包括对温州私营企业主阶层的社会来源分析与定性考量、对私营企业主阶层申请入党人的思想政治状况和入党动机的考察与认定、对私营企业主财产状况及所作贡献情况的分析与判断、如何正确理解和把握“经过长期考验”这一要求等。
