我厂球磨机前后中空轴的润滑过去都是人工用油壶浇注,润滑后的废油全部流失掉。工人同志们响应毛主席关于“要节约闹革命”的号召,利用废旧料试制成功球磨机自动给油器。自动给油器的构造和工作原理见附图。偏心轮带动提油斗将油桶中的润滑油经提油管运至油壶,再顺着给油管送入球磨机前后中空轴。润滑后的废油沿废油管经滤油器澄清后返回油桶继续使用。给油量由阀门调节。油壶中油面高低由回油管控制,保持油壶油压衡定。提油管和提油斗底部,都有一个逆止阀,防止油反向流动。自动给油器构造简单,运动部件少,不需单独动力。偏心轮由分级机螺旋传动轴经减速机带动,开动分级机就带动自动给油装置自动给
