顶岗实习是培养职高学生职业能力和岗位技能的重要途径,是教学环节的一部分。认真做好顶岗实习工作不但可以锻炼学生的实践能力,还可以磨练学生的意志,使学生积累学习经验,增强社会闲历,提高就业竞争力。由于学生认识的不足和客观条件限制等原因,学生在实习期间缺少上进心、责任心,甚至会出现辞职、私自离岗等现象,不能达到预期目的。中等职业学校除了加强顶岗实习学生的管理外,还应引导学生提高对顶岗实习的认识,提高学生的积极性和主动性。 The internship is an important way to cultivate vocational skills and job skills of vocational students and is part of the teaching process.
