中国的美食文化悠久文明,日本作为中国的邻国之一,早在唐朝的时候就派遣唐使前往中国学习,从那个时候开始就受到中国饮食文化的影响。因此日本和中国在饮食文化的方面上有着很多一样的地方,但是由于地理位置的不同等环境因素的影响,中日饮食文化也存在着一些不同。本文就分析日本饮食文化的成因,进而研究中日饮食文化的相同之处和不同之处。
China has a long history of food culture. As one of China’s neighbors, Japan dispatched Tang to China to study as early as the Tang Dynasty. From then on, Japan was influenced by the Chinese food culture. Therefore, Japan and China share many aspects in terms of diet culture. However, due to the influence of environmental factors such as different geographical locations, there are also some differences in the Chinese and Japanese food culture. This article analyzes the causes of Japanese food culture, and then studies the similarities and differences between Chinese and Japanese food culture.
