本文介绍了研制的焊缝激光自动跟踪传感器的工作原理.由于采用了非接触式的直视横向焦点对准光路的测距法,因此本传感器对被检测表面的光洁度没有要求.它甚至可以检测剪切、刨削和手工气割的凸凹不平的表面.根据需要,传感器可组成单接收器或双接收器。双接收器有多种接收组合,利用这些组合的接收信号可检测对接坡口的三十多种位置偏差.传感器可直接跟踪焊接坡口的斜面或棱边,也可以跟踪人为跟踪线(塑料带).上述传感器已用于生产.
This paper introduces the working principle of the developed laser automatic tracking sensor for welding seam, which has no requirement on the finish of the surface to be inspected due to the non-contact distance-measuring method of directing the lateral focus to the optical path .It can even detect Shear, planing, and hand-cutting of uneven surfaces. The sensors can be combined into a single receiver or a dual receiver as needed. The dual receiver has a variety of receiver combinations that can detect more than thirty misalignments of the docking bevel using the combination of the received signals.The sensor can directly track the bevel or edge of the weld bevel and track the artificial tracking wire The above sensors have been used in production.
