目的立体视锐度的测定作为船员能否能任高敏度立体视功能工作的取舍标准。方法用立体视觉检查图对812名船员的立体现锐度进行测定。结果正常率96.8%,异常率3.20%。40岁以上的船员其异常率明显高于40岁以下者(P<0.01)。结论船员立体视锐度的异常与个人身体的健康状况,反应敏捷度、年龄及老视等原因密切相关。
Purpose Stereoscopic sharpness determination as the crew can any high-sensitivity stereoscopic vision work of the trade-off criteria. Methods Stereo visual inspection chart was used to measure the stereo sharpness of 812 crew members. Results The normal rate was 96.8% and abnormal rate was 3.20%. The abnormal rate of crew over 40 years old was significantly higher than those under 40 (P <0.01). Conclusion The abnormality of the crew’s stereoacuity is closely related to the personal health, responsiveness, age and presbyopia.
