目前高考存在的最大矛盾是各大院校招生和学生发展的实际需要,与现行的“大一统”之间存在的矛盾。为了充分解决这一矛盾而设立的高考改革目标模式是为构建综合的测试平台,根据各大院校的专业大类来对科目组合进行设定,加强自主测试与统一测试相结合的人才选拔,各大高校招生要积极采用灵活多用的考试方式,充分实现录取多用制。本文对高考改革目标模式运行效能进行分析,进而明确改革方向,凝聚高考改革合力,个人拙见以供参考。
