研究了OCS表面活性剂中试产品在弱碱Na2 CO3 及无碱条件下应用于不同油田原油的油 水界面张力特性。结果表明 :对于大庆采油四厂原油 ,当表活剂浓度为 0 1 %~ 0 3 % ,Na2 CO3 浓度为0 6%~ 1 2 %时 ,油 水界面张力可达到超低 (~ 1 0 -3 mN m数量级 ) ;对于大庆采油二厂原油 ,当表面活性剂浓度为 0 1 %~ 0 3 % ,Na2 CO3 浓度为 0 8%~ 1 4%时 ,油 水界面张力可达到超低 ;对于华北油田古一联原油 ,当表面活性剂浓度为 0 2 % ,Na2 CO3 浓度为 0 6%~ 1 2 %时 ,油 水界面张力可达到超低 ;对于胜利油田孤东采油厂原油 ,当表面活性剂浓度为 0 2 % ,Na2 CO3 浓度为 0 8%~ 1 4%时 ,油 水界面张力可达到超低。在无碱条件下 ,对于大港油田枣园 1 2 5 6断块原油 ,当OCS表面活性剂浓度达到 0 1 %时 ,油 水界面张力即可达到超低 ;对于江苏油田原油 ,当OCS表面活性剂浓度在 0 1 %以上时 ,油 水界面张力均可以达到 1 0 -2 mN m数量级。聚丙烯酰胺聚合物的加入对油 水超低界面张力的形成和稳定具有促进作用
The interfacial tension between oil and water of OCS surfactant pilot products in crude oil of different oilfields was studied under weak alkali Na2CO3 and alkali-free conditions. For the crude oil of Gudong Oil Recovery Plant in Shengli Oilfield, when the surfactant concentration Is 0 2%, Na2CO3 concentration of 0 8% ~ 14%, the oil-water interfacial tension can reach ultra-low. Under alkali-free conditions, the oil-water interfacial tension can reach extremely low when the concentration of OCS surfactant reaches 0 1% for the block oil of Zaoyuan 1 2 5 6 in Dagang Oilfield. For Jiangsu Oilfield crude oil, when OCS surfactant When the concentration is above 0 1%, the oil-water interfacial tension can reach the order of 10 -2 mN m. The addition of polyacrylamide polymer can promote the formation and stability of ultra-low oil-water interfacial tension
