应用激光多谱勒测量(LDV)技术详细研究了WR型煤粉燃烧器冷态空气动力特性,并分析其稳燃机理,通过对3种不同形式“V”型体的研究,表明带翻边“V”型体回流区及回流量大,但气流衰减快,刚性弱;波纹翻边“V”型体湍流交换强烈(最大湍流强度达到66.72%),回流区及回流量适中;普通“V”型体回流区及回流量相对较小,湍流交换相对较弱。通过试验获得最佳设计形式,对工程设计及应用很有参考价值。图12表2参
The laser aerodynamic characteristics of WR pulverized coal burner were studied in detail by using laser doppler spectroscopy (LDV) technique. The steady combustion mechanism was analyzed. Through the research on three different types of “V” The “V” type body has a large reflux area and a large amount of backflow, but the gas flow attenuates rapidly and has a weak rigidity. The turbulent exchange of the “V” shape of the corrugated flange is intense (the maximum turbulence intensity reaches 66.72%), and the backflow zone and backflow rate are moderate. The “V” type body backflow zone and the return flow are relatively small, and the turbulent exchange is relatively weak.
