基于组合原理对结构二维变形状况的测点布置方法进行了研究,提出了结构测点的二维优化布置方法。首先通过对结构测点进行二维双向组合,利用有限的已知相邻测点的响应值采用双线性插值方法估计未布置测点的响应值,再通过建立在二维测点双向位移分量相似程度上的适应度函数优化测点组合方案,选取适应度函数值最小的测点布置方案,从而实现传感器测点优化配置的目的。应用该方法对悬臂矩形板弯曲变形实测进行了测点优化布置,组合优化数值结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Based on the principle of combination, the arrangement of measuring points in two-dimensional deformation of structure is researched, and the two-dimensional optimal arrangement of measuring points is proposed. Firstly, a two-dimensional bi-directional combination of structure measuring points is adopted, the response value of the unadopted measuring point is estimated by the bilinear interpolation method using the limited known response values of adjacent measuring points, and then the bi-directional displacement component The fitness function of similar degree is used to optimize the combination plan of measurement points, and the arrangement of measurement points with the smallest fitness function value is selected, in order to achieve the optimal configuration of sensor measurement points. The method is used to optimize the measuring points of the bending deformation of the cantilever rectangular plate. The numerical results of the combination optimization verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
