一些老旧企业在实际生产过程中,往往因为原有工艺布局不合理,工装模具、设备设施、作业方式陈旧落后,频频引发生产安全事故。针对于此,如采取流程改造、工艺调整、设备更新等手段,将会让“本质安全”可期。在安徽合力股份有限公司(以下简称合力公司)工业园建设中,正是通过淘汰职业危害大的老旧工艺和设备,加大技改投资,使得作业环境本质安全度大幅提升,降低了员工劳动强度,减少了工伤事故。本文对其工艺流程改造及设备设施升级两方面工作进行介绍,以期给读者借鉴。
