非物质文化遗产是珍贵的旅游资源,处理好非物质文化遗产与旅游业的良性互动的关系,保证非物质文化遗产的保护与旅游业健康有序的发展。黑龙江地处祖国的东北部,非物质文化遗产丰富,与旅游业发展有效结合的空间巨大,将民俗、工艺、民间美术、戏曲曲艺和音乐舞蹈等非物质文化遗产的保护与黑龙江旅游业进行有效的结合,进而提高黑龙江旅游业的核心竞争力。
