为了解大型废钢破碎机转子在碰撞过程中的力学特性,以及在相关力学情况下的零部件优化设计的可能性,通过虚拟样机技术对特定型号的废钢破碎机转子进行了碰撞过程的仿真分析,并且得到了碰撞过程中的最大接触力;同时结合ANSYS软件对废钢破碎机转子的主要受力件进行了有限元分析,得到锤头和销轴这两个主要受力件的应力云图。结合强度校核可知,该型破碎机转子中的主要受力部件的尺寸及结构还存在一定的优化空间。
In order to understand the mechanical characteristics of large-scale scrap steel rotor in the process of collision and the possibility of optimization design of parts in the related mechanics, the simulation analysis of the collision process of the specific type of scrap steel rotor was carried out by virtual prototype technology. And the maximum contact force during the collision was obtained. At the same time, the main force components of the scrap crusher rotor were analyzed by finite element method with ANSYS software, and the stress cloud charts of the two main components of the hammerhead and the pin shaft were obtained. Combined with the strength check shows that the size of the main force components in the rotor of the crusher and the structure there is still some space for optimization.
