活动课程的管理是学校管理工作中的一个重要组成部分。随着应试教育向素质教育的转轨,活动课程已越来越受到人们的重视,但假如忽视了管理,就会使强化活动课程的努力仅仅停留在多开展一些活动的层面上,就不能充分发挥活动课程在素质教育中的重要作用。我们认为对活动课程的管理必须根据素质教育的要求和活动课程的特点来进行。为此,我校以管理为抓手,强化五种意识收效明显。 1.强化目标意识我校是一所规模较小、设施不够完善,师资力量相对薄弱的学校,主源不少是农家子弟,我们就如何提高办学质量,认真学习了省教委45号文件,并对学校现状作了客观的分析,作出了“以强化活动课程为突破口,实施素质教育”的
