呋麻滴鼻剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法,医院制剂规范大多采用双相中和滴定法。亦有报道采用紫外法(双波长法)。但对含有防腐剂尼泊金乙酯的呋麻滴鼻剂,由于在盐酸麻黄碱的最大紫外吸收波长处,尼泊金乙酯及呋喃西林均有吸收。采用双波长法也无法测定。笔者采用三价导数光谱法,可以同时排除两者的干扰,较准确地测定盐酸麻黄碱的含量。1 试样与仪器盐酸麻黄碱(质量符合 BP80标准),呋喃西林(苏州第三制药厂),尼泊金乙酯、氯化钠均为药
Furosemide intranasal ephedrine hydrochloride content determination method, most of the hospital preparation norms and two-phase neutralization titration. However, for furosemide nasal drops containing the preservative ethylparaben, both ethylparaben and nitrofurazone were absorbed at the maximum UV absorption wavelength of ephedrine hydrochloride. Dual wavelength method can not be measured.
