本文用三阶导数分光光度法测定呋麻滴鼻剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。本法测量范围较广,不受呋喃西林和氯化钠的干扰,其回收率为99.49±0.13(CV=0.32%)。本文尚对呋麻液的放置时间进行了初步研究。呋麻滴鼻液是由盐酸麻黄碱、呋喃西林和氯化钠组成。临床用于治疗鼻炎和鼻窦炎。医院药检室一般采用双相中和滴定法测定盐酸麻黄碱的含量。此法终点不明显,用紫外分光光度法测定时有干扰。笔者采用三阶导数光谱法对麻黄碱的含量测定进行了试验研究,结果表明,方法简便可靠。
In this paper, the third derivative spectrophotometric determination of furosemide nasal drops of ephedrine hydrochloride content. This method has a wide range of measurement, without the interference of nitrofurazone and sodium chloride, the recovery rate was 99.49 ± 0.13 (CV = 0.32%). In this paper, furfural liquid placement time is still a preliminary study. Furosemide nasal drops are ephedrine hydrochloride, nitrofurazone and sodium chloride composition. Clinically used to treat rhinitis and sinusitis. Hospital drug testing room generally used biphasic titration and determination of ephedrine hydrochloride content. End of this method is not obvious, when measured by UV spectrophotometry interference. The author uses the third derivative spectroscopy to test the content of ephedrine, the results show that the method is simple and reliable.
