为对国产大型转炉托圈进行强度安全性分析,陈先霖等同志进行了应力场计算和现场应变计测试。本文指出,托圈应力不仅应看作是机械应力与热应力的迭加,还应看作是静应力与变应力(主要由炉体倾动引起的)成分的迭加。托圈中应力水平高及应力变动幅度大的部位是应当引起重视的危险区域。此文为设计及使用中恬计托圈的强度安全性提供了定量基础。
In order to analyze the strength and safety of domestic large-scale converter ring, Chen Xianlin and other comrades conducted stress field calculation and field strain gauge test. This paper points out that the stress of the support ring should not only be regarded as a superposition of mechanical stress and thermal stress, but also as a superposition of the components of static stress and stress (mainly caused by tilting of the furnace body). Belt ring in the high level of stress and stress changes in large parts of the area should pay attention to the danger zone. This article provides a quantitative basis for the strength and safety of the design and use of a toroidal ring.
