目的:明确清热泻火组干预大鼠急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)的功效成分。方法:通过拆方配伍分析及多指标平行比较,选出清热泻火组进行功效成分研究。运用偏最小二乘回归法,将各提取物的HPLC图谱信息与其对应的药效学数据进行谱-效相关性分析,计算药效贡献率,筛选出贡献最大的功效成分。结果:各组提取物对ALI大鼠均有一定的干预作用,以50%乙醇提取物对蛋白浓度和肺湿干比干预作用最强。谱-效分析西红花苷-1药效贡献率最大。结论:西红花苷-1可能是清瘟败毒饮干预内毒素性ALI大鼠的功效成分。
Objective: To clarify the efficacy of Qingre Xiehuo group on acute lung injury (ALI) in rats. Methods: Through demolition side compatibility analysis and multi-index parallel comparison, the heat-clearing and purging fire group was selected to study the efficacy components. Partial least squares regression was used to analyze the relationship between the HPLC profile of each extract and its corresponding pharmacodynamic data. The contribution rate of pharmacodynamics was calculated and the most effective contribution was screened out. Results: The extracts of each group had certain intervention effects on ALI rats. The effect of 50% ethanol extract on protein concentration and lung wet-dry ratio was the strongest. Spectral-efficiency analysis Crocin-1 has the largest contribution to pharmacodynamics. CONCLUSION: Crocin-1 may be the effective component of Qingwen Baiduyin intervention in endotoxin-induced ALI rats.
