在城市道路设计中,道路理论通行能力不仅是计算行车道宽度的重要依据,而且也是用来检验路上交通量是否达到饱和或阻塞状态的重要指标。可是,一条机动车道的基本通行能力究竟多少?迄今众说纷云,各不一致。为此本文从理论通行能力基本定义出发,揭示原理论通行能力公式存在的缺点,并运用本人1980年提出的修正的理论公式,分析论证,同时通过国内外有关数据的分析比较以及实测资料的整理、归纳,对小汽车的基本通行能力提出了建议值,以供参考。
In urban road design, the theoretical capacity of the road is not only an important basis for calculating the width of the traffic lane, but also an important indicator for checking whether the traffic volume on the road is saturated or blocked.
