寻找更有效地手段治疗骨骼肌损伤对于运动医学及创伤康复医学具有重要的现实意义。作为新型的物理疗法,弱光(LLL)疗法对肌肉损伤后修复的调节引起人们关注。研究发现,这种光生物调节作用能抑制机体过度的炎症反应、促进肌肉再生和塑形,包括调节促炎症因子表达、激活和促进肌卫星细胞增殖、分化,抑制肌肉纤维化等。其中,肌肉营养因子、胶原蛋白、信号转导通路等介导了LLL的调节过程。现就LLL调节肌肉损伤后的炎症反应及其肌肉再生研究进展加以综述。
Finding a more effective means of treating skeletal muscle injury is of great practical significance for sports medicine and trauma rehabilitation medicine. As a new type of physiotherapy, attention has been drawn to the regulation of muscle repair after weak light (LLL) therapy. The study found that this photobiomodulation can inhibit the body’s excessive inflammatory response and promote muscle regeneration and shaping, including the regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokine expression, activation and promotion of muscle satellite cell proliferation, differentiation, inhibition of muscle fibrosis. Among them, muscle nutrition factors, collagen, signal transduction pathways mediate the regulation of LLL. Now LLL regulation of muscle injury after inflammatory reaction and its progress on muscle regeneration are reviewed.
