目的 用99Tcm 抗人活化血小板单抗SZ 5 1对犬冠状动脉血栓模型进行放射免疫显像(RII)研究。方法 杂种犬 4条 ,透视下自右侧股动脉插管 ,将自制螺旋钢圈置入犬左冠状动脉前降支或回旋支 ,用造影证实其血栓模型制作的可行性 ,其中 3条犬完成冠状动脉血栓模型制作后行活体和离体心脏血栓RII。结果 犬冠状动脉血栓模型制作成功 ,共制作 5处血栓。 3条犬注射99Tcm SZ 5 1后 1~ 6h显像 ,3处血栓显影清晰 ,并由离体心脏RII和病理检查结果证实 ,其离体血栓 血液单位质量放射活性比值高达 6 3 15± 2 4 42。另一处血栓位于左冠状动脉前降支中段的一左室前分支 ,注射99Tcm SZ 5 1前血管已完全闭塞 ,故血栓未能显影 ,血栓 血液放射活性比值为 7 0 4。结论 99Tcm SZ 5 1血栓RII能特异性显示犬冠状动脉内血栓 ,可望成为临床无创性诊断冠状动脉新鲜或形成中血栓病变的新技术
Objective To study the radioimmunoimaging (RII) of 99Tcm anti-human activated platelet monoclonal antibody SZ 5 1 in canine coronary thrombosis model. Methods Four hybrid dogs were inserted intrathecally from the right femoral artery under fluoroscopy. The homemade spiral steel rings were placed in the anterior descending or the supraclavicular branch of canine left anterior descending coronary artery. The feasibility of making thrombus model was confirmed by angiography. Three dogs were completed Coronary Artery Thrombosis Models for Living and Isolated Cardiac Thrombosis RII. Results Canine coronary thrombosis model was successfully produced, a total of 5 thrombosis. Three dogs were injected with 99Tcm SZ 5 1 after 1 ~ 6h imaging. Thrombus imaging was clear in 3 of them and was confirmed by RII and pathological examination in vitro. The ratio of radioactivity of isolated thrombus blood units was 6 3 15 ± 2 4 42. Another thrombus was located in the left anterior branch of the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery. The 99Tcm SZ 5 1 injection was completely occluded and the thrombus failed to develop. The thrombus blood radioactivity ratio was 70%. Conclusion 99Tcm SZ 5 1 thrombus RII can specifically display thrombus in coronary canine, which is expected to become a new noninvasive technique to diagnose fresh coronary artery or form thrombus in thrombosis
