针对惯性约束聚变驱动器的要求 ,基于二元光学深蚀刻的思想 ,设计并制作成功二元光学谐波分离器。测量表明 ,三倍频光的能量利用率达 75.73%。
According to the requirements of inertial confinement fusion driver, based on the idea of binary optical deep etching, a successful binary optical harmonic separator is designed and fabricated. The measurement shows that the energy utilization of triplet frequency light reaches 75.73%.
