为了了解当前大学毕业生就业期望及相关问题,改革和完善高校大学生就业指导工作,笔者于2002年4月对东南大学的应届大学毕业生进行了书面问卷调查,共发放调查问卷1000份,占全校本科毕业生总数的近二分之一,实际回收857份,其中男生646份,女生211份,回收率为86%。调查问卷采用单项选择和多项选择(按照影响程度由大到小依次选择三项)两种方式来回答问题。调查的问题涉及大学毕业生就业价值取向、就业期望、职业素质评价、高校就业指导工作、人才市场等方面,旨在对大学生就业期望与实际就业的相关问题进行实证研究,为高校就业指导和人才培养提供资料与对策研究依据。求职首选:薪酬影响最大
