四级评估模式——反应、学习、行为、结果无疑是在现实中应用最为广泛的评估工具,但每一层评估均在执行中存在一定困惑。为此,笔者提出以行为标杆为基石、双重评估责任主体、多种评估方式并存的二元培训效果评估模型,着重分析建立行为标杆的原因和二元评估主体两个基本命题,并提供了五条从事培训评估时的建议。
The four-level assessment model - response, learning, behavior, the result is undoubtedly the most widely used assessment tools in reality, but there is some confusion in the implementation of each assessment. To this end, the author proposes a dual training evaluation model that takes the benchmark of behavior as the cornerstone, dual assessment of the main responsibility, and various assessment methods. It analyzes two basic propositions of establishing the benchmark of behavior and the main body of the dual evaluation, and provides five Suggestions for training evaluation.
