抽水站(又称水泵站)是机电排灌工程的枢纽。我国自七十年代以来所兴建的抽水站,就其规模、数量及类型堪占世界首位,科学技术及管理水平也有较大的提高。这些工程对抗御旱涝灾害,保证农业高产稳产和现代化,起着重要的作用,但在迅速发展的同时也存在着不少较严重的缺点,如抽水站装置效率偏低;单耗能源大;抽水成本高;工程不配套等。较普遍地存在着经济效益偏低的现象。
Pumping station (also known as pump station) is the mechanical and electrical drainage irrigation project hub. The pumping stations built in our country since the 1970s occupy the first place in the world in terms of their scale, quantity and type, and their science, technology and management levels have also been greatly improved. These projects play an important role in fighting droughts and floods and ensuring high, stable and productive agriculture and modernization. More generally there is a phenomenon of low economic efficiency.
