随着我国高职教育的跨越式发展,高职教育已成为我国高等教育中地位举足轻重的组成部分。高职教育以培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的具有很强实践能力和良好职业道德的高技能人才为目标。在知识爆炸、技术快速革新、信息化高速发展的新历史条件下,面对高职生源的特点,为实现高职教育人才培养目标,教学理念不断深化创新,课程改革的推进日益深入。本文即从探讨高职课改的必要性与重要性出发,阐析目前高职课改中的种种问题,并抛砖引玉探析推进课改的实施策略。
With the leap-forward development of higher vocational education in our country, higher vocational education has become an important part of higher education in our country. Higher vocational education aims to cultivate high-skilled personnel with strong practical ability and good professional ethics that are in line with production, construction, management and service needs. Under the new historical conditions of knowledge explosion, rapid technological innovation and rapid development of information technology, in order to realize the goal of talent training in higher vocational education and continuously deepen innovation in the teaching concept, the advancement of curriculum reform is deepening. In this paper, starting from the necessity and importance of the curriculum reform of higher vocational education, this paper analyzes the problems in the current curriculum reform of higher vocational education and probes into the implementation strategies of curriculum reform.
