目的了解某大学女新生生殖生理与性病知识健康教育干预效果,为高校健康促进工作提供依据。方法通过讲座、播放DVD、发放宣传资料,对玉林师范学校586名大学女新生生殖生理与性病知识进行健康教育干预,采用同一调查问卷,在干预前后分别调查大学女新生对生殖生理及性病知识的掌握情况。结果健康教育除对人工流产安全时间选项没有显著影响外,而对其他生殖健康知识回答正确率显著提高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。尤其是对女性生殖结构及功能回答正确率由18.26%提高到88.43%;性病的危害回答正确率由27.4%提高到82.04%。结论健康教育干预对提高大学女新生生殖生理与性病知识的认知有积极的效果,应将生殖健康知识教育作为学生必修课。
Objective To understand the effects of health education intervention on female reproductive physiology and venereal disease knowledge in a university and to provide evidence for the health promotion in colleges and universities. Methods Through lectures, DVDs and publicity materials, health education interventions were conducted on 586 freshmen reproductive physiology and sexually transmitted diseases in Yulin Teachers’ College. The same questionnaire was used to investigate the reproductive physiology and sexually transmitted diseases knowledge Master the situation. Results Health education had no significant effect on the safe time option of abortion, but the correct answer to other reproductive health knowledge was significantly increased (all P <0.01). In particular, the correct rate of female reproductive structure and function was raised from 18.26% to 88.43%; the correct rate of the response to STDs increased from 27.4% to 82.04%. Conclusion The intervention of health education has a positive effect on improving the cognition of female reproductive physiology and sexually transmitted diseases among university girls. Reproductive health knowledge education should be taken as a required course for students.
