教师无论教龄长短都应当书写教学后记。通过写教学后记,一方面日积月累、聚沙成塔、集腋成裘,累点滴汇江河;另一方面,把教学对象认知过程中出现的问题变成信息,暂时贮存,便于以后教学时借鉴使用,有的放矢,无论于学生还是于教师本人用处都是不小的。本文从书写教学后记的意义作用、书写形式、应遵循的几个原则等几个方面来阐述如何书写化学教学后记。
