1993年11月12日至12月10日,河北省社科院相继举办了两期处以上干部学习《邓小平文选》(第三卷)读书班。参加读书班的同志,通过认真阅读原著,不仅对小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论有了更全面、更深入地理解,而且小平同志运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法研究新情况、解决新问题的科学方法、革命勇气和创新精神也对大家颇有启发。在学习讨论中,大家从理论与实践相结合的角度,各抒己见,交流了学习体会。主要观点有:
