目的:探讨CDK4(cyclin dependent kinase 4)周期素依赖性激酶4,Fas/Apo-1蛋白在不同子宫内膜中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,测定12例正常子宫内膜16例不典型增生子宫内膜及40例子宫内膜癌中的CDK4蛋白与Fas蛋白的表达情况。结果:CDK4在不典型增生子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率与正常组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),Fas蛋白在子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcinoma,EC)中的表达明显低于正常子宫内膜,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:CDK4蛋白的过度表达可能在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、浸润中具有一定作用,还可能作为一种有价值的肿瘤标志物。Fas蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的低表达提示其可能通过调控细胞凋亡参与了子宫内膜癌的发生和发展,可能与子宫内膜癌细胞的凋亡及免疫逃避等密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of cyclin dependent kinase 4 (CDK4) cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and Fas / Apo-1 protein in different endometrium. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to determine the expression of CDK4 protein and Fas protein in 16 cases of atypical hyperplasia endometrium and 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma in 12 cases of normal endometrium. Results: The positive expression rates of CDK4 in atypical hyperplasia endometrium and endometrial carcinoma were significantly different from those in normal group (P <0.05). The expression of Fas protein in endometrial carcinoma (EC) The expression was significantly lower than normal endometrium, the difference was significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Overexpression of CDK4 may play a role in the occurrence, development and infiltration of endometrial carcinoma and may also serve as a valuable tumor marker. The low expression of Fas protein in endometrial carcinoma suggests that it may be involved in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma by regulating apoptosis, which may be closely related to the apoptosis and immune evasion of endometrial cancer cells.
