目的 :建立一种用高效毛细管电泳同时测定苦参药材 (SophoraflavescensAit.)及其复方制剂夜夜安洗液(Yeyeanlotions)中 3种生物碱———槐定碱 (Sophoridine)、苦参碱 (Matrine)、氧化苦参碱 (Oxymatrine)含量的方法。方法 :用 6 0mmol·L-1硼砂缓冲液作为电泳液 ,以氯霉素 (Chloramphenicol)为内标 ,2 0 0nm为测定波长。结果 :苦参药材中 3组分完全分离且呈良好线性关系 ,其加样回收率分别为 97 35 % ,98 76 % ,10 0 2 % ,RSD分别为2 14% ,1 5 7% ,1 83% (n =4)。其复方制剂夜夜安洗液亦获满意测定结果。结论 :方法简便、准确 ,可作为苦参药材及夜夜安洗液的质量控制方法
OBJECTIVE: To establish a simultaneous determination of Sophora Flavescens Ait. and its compound preparations, Yeopanlotions, using three kinds of alkaloids—Sophoridine and matrine. ) Oxymatrine content. Methods : 60 mmol·L-1 borax buffer was used as the electrophoresis buffer and chloramphenicol (Chloramphenicol) was used as internal standard. The detection wavelength was 200 nm. RESULTS: The three components of Sophora flavescens were completely separated and showed a good linear relationship. The recoveries of the three components were 97 35 %, 98 76 % and 10 0 2 %, respectively. The RSDs were 2 14% and 1 5 7%, respectively. 83% (n = 4). The compound preparation overnight lotion also received satisfactory results. Conclusion : The method is simple and accurate. It can be used as a method for quality control of Sophora flavescens Ait.
