随着培训行业发展日趋成熟,混合式培训这一新的理念,被视为提升培训效率和价值的有力措施。传统的机械式的线上+线下混合培训在实际应用中常常出现有课程无项目、有内容无跟进、有过程无结果等尴尬局面,无法满足企业以绩效为导向的培训要求。混合式培训的“混合性”源于学习主题下的多学习目标。多学习目标所形成的多学习性质内容决定了不同的学习策略(包含学习方法)的组合,这体现了混合式学习的本质。一、混合式学习项目设计原理学习目标是一切教学活动的出发点和归宿。一个学习项目通常有多级、多种目标。见下图:
