For nearly a decade, Zappos has grown rapidly into a company with annual sales of more than $ 1 billion, while constantly revealing to Forbes magazine’s list of “100 Best Employers.” Many people think that the reason why we are so successful, the main secret is to repeat customers and good reputation. While we are known for our focus on delivering the best service to our customers, we are not primarily focused on customer service. Corporate culture is our most valued. We believe that once a unique corporate culture is formed, the overwhelming majority of things do not usually get in the way of what we’re looking for - such as good customer service or a lasting brand and business.
