一、引言26~#型氟橡胶广泛用于密封制品。唯低温性能差、高温下机械性能低、压缩永久变形大,不利于工艺加工和使用。近年来试从硫化系统方向如采用交联键中具有芳环的双酚AF或双酚A为交联剂进行改进,但由于这些亲核性试剂的活性低,单独使用不能硫化氟橡胶,故需并用硫化促进剂。合成2、3、5—三苯基—2H—四唑化氯(简称T、T、C或TPTZ)经有关试验证实是与双酚AF并用的一种有效硫化促进剂。对合成品纯度参考有关文献资料,试用紫外分光光度法测定并对操作过程作了改进,经初步试验,效果良好,特综合论述如下:
