氧化钪作为一种研制产品需要测出它的杂质含量。前人曾采用发射光谱法测定过氧化钪中多种杂质元素,但重现性较差。目前,无火烟原子吸收法作为一种痕量分析手段已得到广泛应用,但用它来分析氧化钪中杂质尚未见到报道。本工作利用无烟原子吸收法的优点,在进行了一系列条件实验的基础上,采用标准曲线法测定了氧化钪试样中C_u、Ni、Pb、Mn、Cr和Fe等六个杂质元素的含量。
Scandia as a developed product needs to measure its impurity content. Some people used to determine the emission spectrum of scandium in a variety of impurity elements, but less reproducible. At present, the smokeless atomic absorption spectrometry has been widely used as a trace analysis method, but the use of it to analyze the impurities in scandia has not been reported yet. This work uses the advantages of smokeless atomic absorption spectrometry. After a series of experiments on a series of conditions, the determination of six impurity elements such as C_u, Ni, Pb, Mn, Cr and Fe in the scandium oxide sample content.
