他叫曾联松,浙江瑞松人。是他,设计了五星红旗。 1949年7月,曾联松偶然从上海《解放日报》上看到了全国政协筹备会征求中华人民共和国国旗的通知。通知规定应征的国旗图案要具备三个条件:要有中国特征;要含有中国的地理、历史、民族、文化等因素;要有政权特征,要体现出中国共产党领导之下的统一战线,并且国旗要庄严简洁,一目了然。曾联松把这一通知,一口气读了十几遍,他决定投稿。
