西洋参化学成分研究报道较多,但西洋参根不同部位糖类物质含量研究尚未见报道。本文以3,5—二硝基水杨酸为显色剂对西洋参根不同部位的总糖,还原糖和粗淀粉进行了比较测定,现报道如下。
There are many reports on the chemical constituents of American ginseng, but the study on the sugar content in different parts of American ginseng root has not been reported. In this paper, 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid was used as color reagent to compare the total sugar, reducing sugar and crude starch in different parts of American ginseng root.
