随着稠油区块开发时间的延长,由于高轮次的蒸汽吞吐、火驱开发、油层井段的射孔、地层出砂等诸多因素,使得套管热胀冷缩、强度降低、地层应力发生变化,导致油井套管损坏或变形,严重影响油井的正常生产,常规套管修复技术施工周期长,修复效果差。我厂自2011年引进液压套管整形技术以来,套管修复成功率大幅提升,有效解决了修井作业中的突出问题。
